This hotel offers excellent value for money, with prices much lower than other options in the area. The attention to detail is evident in the clean and new rooms, with comfortable beds and a large retro-style bathroom. The location is ideal, situated in the heart of the city and close to main tram lines, making it easy to explore all that the area has to offer. The staff are friendly and accommodating, providing great service throughout our stay. Additionally, the breakfast options cater to all dietary preferences, including delicious choices for vegetarians.
No significant issues, everything was satisfactory.

The location of the hotel is very convenient to get the Exhibition Centre (Messe) and shopping area just by train. The staff is very friendly, especially a young lady taking care of breakfast.
Our room was outside of the main building with separate entrance, in the so to call garden. I did not like it at all. Also it was too small for 2 people, there was no enough place even for 2 luggages.

Location, great value, friendly staff, good restaurants/facilities, in the immediate area, spotlessly clean, tram stop beside hotel, quiet with double-glazed windows.

The hotel was close to the city center and public transportation was easily accessible. The breakfast was satisfying with a good variety of options, including some delicious baked goods. It was nice to have a friendly staff that spoke English and was willing to provide recommendations on local activities and restaurants.
The shared bathrooms and small rooms were a major drawback. During the holiday season, the hotel was overcrowded and noisy. There was not enough space in the rooms to accommodate all the guests and their belongings. Additionally, the cleanliness standards were subpar, with dirty laundry and unemptied trash cans often visible in the common areas. The room decorations were outdated and unappealing. the stay here felt cramped and uncomfortable.

The location was excellent - a short walk to main shopping areas or public transportation right outside the door. The neighborhood was quiet, but not isolated or lacking restaurants and shops. There are two large grocery stores within a block, as well as a convenience store that is open late. Runners or walkers will be pleased to discover park access within a few blocks, with kilometers of walking/jogging paths and beautiful scenery.

This hotel is great value for money, especially considering its central location. It's in the middle of the city and within walking distance of all the tourist sites. And if you do need a break from walking, there are three different tram lines close by. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean and warm. The attention to detail is impressive - I couldn't find a speck of dust anywhere. Plus, the breakfast is fantastic with plenty of options to choose from.
All in all, I was very happy with this hotel and couldn't fault it.

We stayed in this hotel and loved the location in the conservatory with typical country, style decor. the hotel was conveniently situated near the tram station and city center. the breakfast area was pleasant and the food was satisfying. Our room was clean and well, maintained, with comfortable beds and a functional bathroom. the staff provided excellent service and offered helpful tips on local attractions. We also appreciated the good Wi, Fi signal and the use of the lift.
There were no refreshment amenities such as a bar or drinks.

The room was clean, reception works 24h, although the guy who works the night shift did not spoke much English but was friendly and willing to help. The day shift spoke English fluently. Good location, near city center and just a couple of minutes away from tram station and grocery store. Free WiFi works throughout the hotel.
The toiled was in the hallway, but it was always free, never had to wait in line to use it. The pillows were uncomfortable, had to use a wrap for the cupboard to make it more comfortable. But overall, considering the price, it was a nice stay.
